Rental accommodation
Our rental accommodation programs are intended to satisfy the steadily growing demand for high-quality housing. Which is why we give priority to the dismantling of existing accommodation for rent, in parallel providing funding for housing associations and public-sector housing corporations in their efforts to refurbish and modernize accommodation and improve the supporting infrastructure. These financing initiatives are intended to help stabilize the housing market. We also act as an adviser for programs arranged by Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW).
