The Development Bank of Saxony takes your privacy very seriously. It is therefore important to us that you know what information we collect, process and use, as well as when and for what purpose. The processing of personal data complies with the applicable data protection legislation, especially the Saxon data protection law.

When you use our website, our servers save the following data: name of the Internet Service Provider, the website from which our site was accessed, and the web pages visited, including the date and length of the visit. The data are saved anonymously for statistical purposes, so that we can adjust our website to fit the needs of our users.

If you order informational material from us, or request information about a specific matter (etc.), we ask for your name, your email address, your company (if applicable), address, fax and telephone number. This information is provided voluntarily. Your information is saved on a specially protected server. Access to your information is only available to a small group of employees that are assigned to process your enquiry. The information is only processed for the purpose for which you provided the information. The data will not be shared with third parties, unless we are legally required to do so or you have requested it explicitly. If your information is no longer needed, it will be deleted.

Technical information

The website of the Development Bank of Saxony is optimised for any screen aspect ratio between 320x480 and 1440x900 pixels.

The Development Bank of Saxony web pages were written in HTML-Standard (HTML5) with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS 3.0) (under the specifications of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)).

The pages can therefore be viewed in all current versions of browsers that support these standards.

All form entries (Contact, Comments, etc.) are inspected on the server side. The activation of JavaScript is recommended for further plausibility checks. Forms are generally usable without JavaScript.

The activation of JavaScript is necessary for certain functions to operate as intended (list-opening functions or automatic search recommendations, for example). All functions are generally usable without JavaScript.

The acceptance of cookies is required for the use of the bookmark function only.

Java applets are not used.

The majority of forms and further information are in PDF format. To view these, the free Adobe Acrobat Reader is required; this is available to download from the website.

Microsoft Word and/or Excel (or comparable programmes that can open and edit these file formats) are required to use certain forms.
